What we do
Spokane Snow Pros is a free referral service for property owners across Spokane's North Side. We do not perform the work. A request can be shared with up to three independent contractors for residential driveways, commercial lots, HOA common areas, roof snow removal, or ice management. Those contractors set their own prices, schedules, licensing, and insurance.
Equipment
Snow removal contractors in this area typically use pickup trucks with plow attachments for residential driveways and tighter access points, and larger equipment for commercial lots and longer stretches of pavement. Spreaders apply granular de-icer where reactive treatment is needed, and liquid application is used for pre-storm staging ahead of a forecasted freeze. Roof work is usually done with ground-based roof rakes and steam equipment, rather than climbing an icy roof or chipping ice with a sharp tool. The contractor who accepts a request chooses the method and the equipment. This site does not own that equipment and does not claim a license to operate it.
How a request is handled
A contractor who accepts a request may map the property into a route, with a trigger depth, a priority tier, and instructions for where cleared snow gets stacked. When a storm hits, that contractor's crews work their own routes. Spokane Snow Pros does not guarantee a response time. Route position, storm severity, and how many properties are ahead of yours all affect when a plow shows up, and those decisions belong to the contractor. Sending a request does not reserve a truck and does not promise a visit.
Where requests are covered
Requests are for Spokane's North Side rather than the whole metro area. Five Mile Prairie, Indian Trail, Country Homes, Wandermere, Mead, North Hill, Shadle Park, and Audubon-Downriver are the neighborhoods this site covers. A contractor who already works a neighborhood's grades, shade patterns, and access points is a better match than one seeing the street for the first time during a storm. Coverage still depends on which contractors accept the request.
Who this is for
Some property owners want a seasonal contract. Others want per-push service for a light-use property, or a single roof snow removal visit after a heavy storm. Homeowners, property managers, and HOA boards can all send a request. The form asks for the same property details either way. The contractor who responds sets the price and the timing.
Philosophy
Winter service in Spokane rewards preparation more than speed. A property that already has a contractor lined up before the first storm is in a different position than one sending a request during an active storm, because route capacity is a real constraint for the people doing the work. Our role is to be straightforward about that limit.
We do not promise a response time, invent a company history, or publish client counts. We also do not claim a license or insurance for work we do not perform. Contractors are responsible for their own licensing and insurance.
