Spokane Snow Pros connects property owners across Spokane's North Side with licensed, insured snow removal operators. We handle residential driveways, commercial lots, HOA common areas, roof snow removal, and ice management, running everything through one dispatch line and one route-mapping system, whether you're a homeowner with a single driveway or a property manager with four sites to keep clear.

Equipment

Routes run on pickup trucks with plow attachments for residential driveways and tighter access points, and larger equipment for commercial lots and longer stretches of pavement. Spreaders apply granular de-icer where reactive treatment is needed, and separate liquid application handles pre-storm staging ahead of a forecasted freeze. Roof work uses ground-based roof rakes and steam equipment, never anything that requires climbing an icy roof or chipping at ice with a sharp tool.

How dispatch actually works

Every property gets mapped into a route before the season starts, with a trigger depth, a priority tier, and instructions for where cleared snow gets stacked. When a storm hits, crews work assigned routes in order, seasonal contract customers first, then per-push and one-time requests as capacity allows. We don't advertise a guaranteed response time, because route position, storm severity, and how many properties are ahead of yours on a given route all affect how fast a plow actually shows up, and a number we can't reliably hit isn't a promise worth making. What we can control is running routes consistently and communicating honestly about where your property sits in the order.

Where we work

We concentrate on Spokane's North Side rather than trying to cover the whole metro area. Five Mile Prairie, Indian Trail, Country Homes, Wandermere, Mead, North Hill, Shadle Park, and Audubon-Downriver make up the routes we actually run, and staying inside that footprint is deliberate. A crew that knows a neighborhood's grades, shade patterns, and access points from repeat visits does better work than one covering unfamiliar streets for the first time during a storm.
